15-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 calendar days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be unopened
  • Have the lace uncut and unaltered
  • Have all original tags, packaging, gifts, and accessories included
  • Be free of odors, makeup, styling products, or any signs of wear

Any product that has been worn, installed, washed, dyed, bleached, cut, customized, or altered in any way is not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You changed your mind before opening or using the product.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your order arrived damaged.
  • Your order has a verified manufacturing defect.

Return Shipping

  • Washed hair
  • Installed or worn wigs
  • Hair with product buildup or odors

How To Start A Return
