SHIPPING POLICY

At ShayBeauty Hair, we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During periods of high order volume, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options

Shipping options and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

ShayBeauty Hair is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, it is under the carrier's responsibility.

ShayBeauty Hair is not liable for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen after they have been marked as delivered.

If your package appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, email us and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We will review your claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.

ShayBeauty Hair is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
